摘 要:目的观察采用微信线上认知行为与音乐疗法训练营干预老年性失眠患者的有效性。方法收集100例老年性失眠患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用微信线上认知行为与音乐疗法训练营干预,对照组采用电话健康教育干预,干预30天。两组患者干预前后分别采用失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PQSI)、睡眠不良信念与态度量表(DBAS)、共识睡眠日记(CSD)等量表进行失眠状况评估,并对所有数据进行统计学分析。结果两组的年龄、性别无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预前,两组患者ISI、PQSI、DBAS和CSD等量表评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者ISI、PQSI、DBAS和CSD等量表评分较干预前有统计学差异(P<0.05),失眠严重程度指数降低程度观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠质量改善观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠不良信念与态度改善观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠日记各因子改善观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年性失眠,采用微信线上认知行为与音乐疗法训练营方式干预,可在一定程度上改善老年性失眠患者的睡眠状态,失眠程度降低,睡眠质量提升,睡眠不良信念与态度改善,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effectiveness of wechat online cognitive behavior and music therapy training camp for elderly patients with insomnia.Methods 100 patients with senile insomnia were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the observation group were intervened by wechat online cognitive behavior and music therapy training camp,and 50 patients in the control group were intervened by telephone health education.After 30 days,the insomnia status of the two groups was evaluated by Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Dysfunctional Beliefs and Attitudes on Sleep(DBAS)and Consensus sleep diary(CSD)before and after intervention,and the data of all scales were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in age and sex between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in ISI,PSQI,DBAS and CSD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 days of intervention,the scores of ISI,PSQI,DBAS and CSD in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the decrease of insomnia severity in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of sleep beliefs and attitudes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of sleep diary factors in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For senile insomnia,the intervention of wechat online cognitive behavior and music therapy training camp can improve the sleep state of senile insomnia patients to a certain extent,reduce the degree of insomnia,improve the sleep quality,and improve the sleep beliefs and attitudes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
