摘　　要：进入新发展阶段,我国发展内外环境发生深刻变化,面临许多新的重大理论和实践问题。无论是当前我国经济发展中面临的挑战,还是贯穿整个新发展阶段的问题,都应该在构建新发展格局的进程中去解决。具体来说,就是要始终坚持党的领导,始终坚持人民至上的发展理念,始终坚持社会主义基本经济制度,踏准改革发展的节奏,发挥好科技创新对发展的引领和支撑作用,做大做强实体经济,畅通内外循环,实现内外联动。Entering the new development stage,China has undergone profound changes domestically and internationally and faced many major theoretical and practical problems.The challenges and the issues running through the whole process should be resolved while constructing the new development pattern.Specifically,we should adhere to the leadership of the Party,the people-first development concept,and the basic socialist economic system,conform to the pace of reform and development,exert the leading and supporting role of scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the real economy,smooth both domestic and international circulations,and realize internal and external linkage.
