摘　　要：党性就是政党的性质,或政党固有的阶级本性。不同阶级的政党有不同的党性。党性既通过党组织的行为表现出来,也通过党员个体的行为表现出来。"不等于"规律和"不自然"规律,决定了党性修养和作风建设的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性。社会主义初级阶段党性修养面临着思想多元化、商品交换原则侵蚀、"沉默螺旋"效应、党员代际更替等诸多现实挑战与风险。党性修养是共产党员的终身功课,必须持之以恒,坚持知行合一、与人民深度共情,坚持以戒为师、见贤思齐,坚持磨砺自强、正道直行,不断增强忠诚性、廉洁性、斗争性。The Party spirit is the nature or the class character of pohtical parties.It differs from party to party.It can be manifested by the behavior of the party and individual members.Its non-equivalent and non-natural principles determine that its cultivation and work style construction are long-standing,repetitive,and arduous.In the primary stage of socialism,it is faced with many practical challenges and risks such as the diversification of ideas,the erosion of the principle of commodity exchange,the effect of the silent spiral,and the intergenerational replacement of Party members.For this lifelong learning task,all CPC members must uphold the unity of knowledge and action to empathize with the people,learn from the precepts and emulate the virtuous,and remain self-reliant and upright to enhance their loyalty,integrity,and fighting spirit.
