摘　　要：目的:分析我院麻醉科基于医院信息系统(HIS)的麻醉药品和精神药品(以下简称麻精药品)智能信息化管理的效果。方法:自2019年11月起,在我院麻醉科实施麻精药品智能信息化管理,针对麻精药品的取用、处方管理等问题开展全面整改,分别统计智能信息化管理前后12个月的麻精药品取药时间、还药时间、取药频次、处方错误率、药品废弃率,并统计麻精药品相关不良事件的发生率以及麻醉科医护人员麻精药品使用工作量满意度。结果:与智能信息化管理前相比,管理后取药时间、还药时间减少,取药频次、处方错误率、药品废弃率均下降(P<0.05);麻精药品取错、数量不足、核对不清、药品过期等相关的不良事件发生率下降(P<0.05);麻醉科医护人员麻精药品使用工作量满意度有所提高(P<0.05)。结论:麻精药品智能信息化管理能够显著提高麻醉科麻精药品管理的质量,降低麻精药品相关不良事件的发生率,促使临床麻精药品的使用更加安全、高效、规范。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of HIS intelligent information management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs in the department of anesthesiology.Methods:Since November 2019,HIS intelligent information management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs has been implemented in the department of anesthesiology,comprehensive rectification on the access and prescription management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs has been carried out.The time required for taking and returning drugs,the frequency of taking drugs,prescriptions error rate,drugs abandonment rate,the incidence of adverse events related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs and the satisfaction of medical staff with workload of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs were counted 12 months before and after using HIS intelligent information management.Results:Compared with before,the time required for taking and returning drugs,the frequency of taking drugs,prescriptions error rate,drugs abandonment rate,the incidence of adverse events related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs decreased significantly after the application of HIS intelligent information management for narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs(P<0.05);the satisfaction of medical staff with workload of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent information management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs can significantly improve the management quality,reduce the incidence of adverse events related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,promote the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs more safe,efficient and standardized.
