摘  要:目的:研究一种可对灾后受挤压伤员生命状态进行识别的非接触式探测方法,以在灾害发生后科学指导搜救人员实施救援。方法:使用挤压密闭实验平台模拟灾后挤压场景,采用生物雷达对处于挤压密闭平台中的2只实验猪进行非接触的生理信号采集,并对不同受压场景下实验猪的呼吸特征与心跳信号的心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)特征进行深入分析。为验证该方法的准确性,使用接触式检测设备进行同步采集。结果:随着挤压压力的增大,通过雷达探测到的目标心跳信号与呼吸信号均出现频率变快、离散性增加的特点,且呼吸信号出现较明显的波峰凹陷特征。生物雷达的检测结果与接触式检测设备的检测结果仅存在少量误差(平均误差率<8%)。结论:使用生物雷达在挤压密闭场景下对受挤压的生命体进行生命状态识别以及初步伤情研判是可行的,对于指导科学搜救、降低灾后压埋伤员的死亡率具有重要意义。Objective To propose a non-contact detection method for identifying the life state of the post-disaster crush injury patient to provide guidance to the rescue personnel during disaster relief.Methods Non contact collection of the physiological signals of two experimental pigs were conducted using the bio-radar in a post-disaster crush scenario simulated by a closed crush experiment platform,and the respiratory characteristics and heart rate variability(HRV)of the heart rate signals of the experimental pigs were analyzed in depth under different crush scenarios.Contact detection devices were used for simultaneous acquisition to verify the accuracy of the method above.Results With the increase of the crush pressure,the heartbeat and respiration signals detected by the radar both showed a faster frequency and increased dispersion,and the respiration signals were found with wave peak depression.There're small errors found between the detection results of the bio-radar and the contact detection device(average error rate<8%).Conclusion It's feasible to apply the bio-radar to life state recognition and preliminary injury diagnosis of the crush injury patient,which is of great significance for guiding efficient search and rescue and reducing the crushed and buried casualties during disaster relief.
