摘　　要：胃肠间质瘤(GIST)发病率呈上升趋势,随着超声内镜的广泛应用,GIST的检出率逐步提高。GIST是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,该疾病临床表现不典型,临床上难以早期诊断。经过多年深入研究,该疾病治疗具有显著效果,而对于该疾病患者,主要应用手术切除方式。结合分子靶向药物治疗,能显著改善患者预后。结合不同的基因分型制定个体化治疗方案,可使患者获得更佳疗效。另一方面准确评估GIST危险度对临床治疗方案的选择具有重要意义。GIST是专科化较强的实体肿瘤,需要多学科协作的综合治疗,最佳治疗模式是外科手术完整切除肿瘤联合分子靶向药物治疗。早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗才能真正提高GIST的疗效、改善患者预后,促进患者早期康复。The incidence of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)is on the rise.With the widespread use of endoscopic ultrasound,the detection rate of GIST is gradually increasing.GIST is the most common mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract.The clinical manifestations of this disease are atypical and it is difficult to diagnose early in clinical practice.After years of in-depth research,the treatment of this disease has a significant effect,and for patients with this disease,surgical resection is mainly used.Combined with molecular targeted drug therapy,the prognosis of patients can be significantly improved.Combining different genotypes to develop individualized treatment plans can enable patients to obtain better curative effects.On the other hand,an accurate assessment of the risk of GIST is of great significance to the choice of clinical treatment options.GIST is a solid tumor with strong specialization and requires comprehensive treatment with multidisciplinary collaboration.The best treatment mode is complete surgical resection of the tumor combined with molecular targeted drug therapy.Early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment can truly improve the efficacy of GIST,improve the prognosis of patients,and promote early recovery of patients.
