活性γ型含铜含吲哚美辛IUD与TCu380A IUD的临床对比探究

摘　　要：目的探讨活性γ型含铜含吲哚美辛宫内节育器(IUD)与TCu380A IUD的效果。方法于2019年5月—2020年5月接受放置宫内节育器节育手术的育龄妇女中随机选取120例作为观察对象,采取就诊顺序单双号法抽出60例妇女选择TCu380A IUD,纳入对照组;60例妇女选择活性γ型含铜含吲哚美辛IUD,纳入观察组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组节育器的续用率(3个月、6个月、12个月)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.920、5.060、4.350,P<0.05);观察组节育器使用满意度95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.170,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,较对照组的30.00%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.500,P<0.05);随访两年后,结果显示观察组妊娠率为1.67%,与对照组3.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论活性γ型含铜含吲哚美辛IUD与TCu380A IUD应用于育龄妇女节育中均具有显著避孕效果,但前者整体应用价值更高,能有效降低妇女不良反应发生率,提高其节育器使用满意度,续用率高,预后安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of activeγ-type copper-containing indomethacin intrauterine device(IUD)and TCu380A IUD.Methods Among the women of childbearing age who underwent birth control operations with IUDs from May 2019 to May 2020,120 women were randomly selected as observation subjects,and 60 women selected by the odd and even number method to betreated with TCu380A IUD and included in the control group.60 women selected activeγ-type copper-containing indomethacin IUD and included them in the observation group.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The continued use rate of IUDs in the observation group(March,June,and December)was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.920,5.060,4.350,P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with IUD use was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.170,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.500,P<0.05).After two years of follow-up,the results showed that the pregnancy rate in the observation group was 1.67%,compared with 3.33%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Activeγ-type copper-containing indomethacin IUD and TCu380A IUD have significant contraceptive effects when used in birth control for women of childbearing age,but the former has a higher overall application value,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in women and improve their satisfaction with the use of IUDs degree,high continuation rate,and high prognostic safety.
