海昆肾喜胶囊联合口服尿毒清、注射复合辅酶治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用海昆肾喜胶囊+口服尿毒清+注射复合辅酶方法治疗后获得的临床效果。方法方便选取江苏省盱眙县人民医院2018年3月—2021年4月收治的96例慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行治疗研究,随机分为常规组(采用海昆肾喜胶囊展开治疗)和研究组(采用海昆肾喜胶囊+口服尿毒清+注射复合辅酶展开治疗),各48例。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 hpro)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)]。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.83%)高于常规组(77.08%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.206,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组Scr(340.36±11.25)μmol/L、BUN(27.55±3.26)mmol/L、24 hpro(2.57±0.46)g/24 h、Ccr(18.46±5.61)mL/min同常规组Scr(340.49±11.27)μmol/L、BUN(27.62±3.25)mmol/L、24 hpro(2.62±0.53)g/24 h、Ccr(18.52±5.62)mL/min比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组Ccr水平(62.16±5.59)mL/min高于常规组Ccr水平(50.36±6.46)mL/min,Scr(146.75±13.79)μmol/L、BUN(12.25±2.32)mmol/L、24 hpro(1.46±0.23)g/24 h水平均低于常规组Scr(201.59±11.61)μmol/L、BUN(17.36±1.12)mmol/L、24 hpro(1.91±0.32)g/24 h水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海昆肾喜胶囊+口服尿毒清+注射复合辅酶药物联合应用后,可提升患者疗效,将有效改善Scr、BUN、24 hpro、Ccr等肾功能指标,促进慢性肾功能衰竭患者预后水平提升。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure by haikun Shenxi capsule+oral urine duqing+injection of complex coenzyme.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Xuyi County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from March 2018 to April 2021 were conveniently selected for the treatment study.They were randomly divided into conventional group(Haikun Shenxi capsule for treatment)and study group(Haikun Shenxi capsule for treatment+oral urine duqing+injection of complex coenzyme for treatment),48 cases in each group.The total effective rate and renal function indexes[Scr(blood creatinine),BUN(urea nitrogen),24 hpro(24 h urine protein quantification),Ccr(endogenous creatinine clearance rate)]of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.83%)was higher than that of the conventional group(77.08%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.206,P<0.05).Before the treatment,the Scr was(340.36±11.25)μmol/L,BUN(27.55±3.26)mmol/L,24 hpro(2.57±0.46)g/24 h,Ccr(18.46±5.61)mL/min of the study group,compared with the conventional group's Scr(340.49±11.27)μmol/L BUN(27.62±3.25)mmol/L,24 hpro(2.62±0.53)g/24 h,Ccr(18.52±5.62)mL/min,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of Ccr in the study group(62.16±5.59)mL/min was higher than that in the conventional group(50.36±6.46)mL/min.The levels of Scr(146.75±13.79)μmol/L,BUN(12.25±2.32)mmol/L,24 hpro(1.46±0.23)g/24 h were lower than those of the conventional group(201.59±11.61)μmol/L,BUN(17.36±1.12)mmol/L L,24 hpro(1.91±0.32)g/24 h level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Haikun Shenxi capsule,oral urine duqing and injection compound coenzyme drugs can improve the efficacy of patients,effectively improve renal function indicators such as Scr,BUN,24 hpro and Ccr,and promote the prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure.
