颈型颈椎病中医外治法研究进展

摘　　要：颈椎病是临床常见病症之一,由颈椎退行性变导致椎间孔或颈椎管变性、狭窄,第颈部神经根、脊髓等产生刺激或压迫而引起,多发生于年龄>40岁人群。颈椎病分型包括脊髓型、神经根型、椎动脉型及颈型颈椎病,以颈型颈椎病最为常见,患者多表现为上肢麻木、肌肉萎缩、心悸及颈肩痛等症状,病情严重者可出现四肢麻痹、瘫痪及大小便障碍等,严重影响患者生活质量。中医学领域中颈椎病被归纳于“骨痹”“眩晕”及“痹症”等范畴,多采用外治法,包括理疗、牵引、针刺及推拿等,均在临床取得满意疗效。现就颈型颈椎病中医外治法治疗情况进行综述。Cervical spondylosis is one of the common clinical diseases,which is caused by the degeneration and stenosis of the intervertebral foramen or the cervical spinal canal caused by the degeneration of the cervical spine,and the stimulation or compression of the cervical nerve root and spinal cord,which occurs mostly in people over 40 years old.The classification of cervical spondylosis includes myelopathy,nerve root type,vertebral artery type and cervical spondylosis type.Cervical spondylosis is the most common.Most patients present with symptoms such as upper limb numbness,muscle atrophy,palpitations,and neck and shoulder pain.In severe cases,quadriplegia,paralysis,and bowel and bladder disorders may occur,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,cervical spondylosis is classified into the categories of"bone arthralgia","dizziness"and"arthralgia",and external treatment methods are mostly used.Including physical therapy,traction,acupuncture and massage,etc.,have achieved satisfactory clinical results.This article reviews the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cervical spondylosis by TCM external therapy.
