园林科技档案管理工作中存在的问题及完善途径

摘　　要：园林科技档案是园林建设从业及相关部门在进行科研试验、技术宣传等活动保存下来的资料信息。随着社会的进步,园林科技档案在园林建设事业发展中发挥着重要的作用,但由于档案信息资源不能给园林建设创造直接经济效益,致使园林建设管理层对其认识不足,导致园林科技档案管理工作问题普遍存在,并亟待完善健全。归纳分析了目前园林科技档案工作存在的主要问题,最后针对性地提出了实现园林科技档案规范化、标准化和信息化管理的几项对策和建议,以期为园林科技档案的高效管理和科学利用提供理论依据。Garden science and technology archives are the data and information saved by forestry practitioners and relevant departments in scientific research and experiment,technical publicity and other activities.With the progress of society,garden science and technology archives management plays an important role in the development of forestry department.However,because the archives information resources can't create direct economic benefits for the garden construction,the garden construction management has insufficient understanding of it,resulting in the widespread problems of garden science and technology archives management,which need to be improved.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems existing in the current garden science and technology archives work,and finally puts forward several countermeasures and suggestion to realize the standardization and information management of garden science and technology archives,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient management and scientific utilization of garden science and technology archives.
