新时代加强高校工运理论研究的思考

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平对工人阶级和工会工作作出系列重要讲话和指示,这些重要讲话和指示建构起习近平关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述,集中阐述中国共产党新时代关于工人阶级和工会工作的大政方针,蕴含完整的逻辑体系.在中国特色社会主义新时代的历史方位下,加强工运理论研究是创新工会工作的力量之源.从现实维度考察加强高校工会理论创新的必要性及创新源泉,分析习近平关于工人阶级和工会工作重要论述的深层理论涵义,要从四方面不断加强高校工运理论研究:高举中国特色社会主义旗帜,把握工会工作的正确方向;整合工运理论研究力量,建立健全工运理论研究队伍;加强工会干部队伍建设,打造学习型服务型创新型工会干部队伍;坚持新发展理念,用现代化手段创新工运理论研究.Since the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has made a series of important speeches and instructions for the working class and trade union work which construct Xi Jinping’s important expositions, expound the fundamental policies of Communist Party of China in the new era, and contain integrated logical system. Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new historical environment, strengthening labor movement theory research is the source of power for innovating trade union work. This paper explores the necessity of strengthening theoretical innovation of trade union and the innovation source in universities from the practical perspective, analyzes the further theoretical meaning of the important expositions on working class and trade union work, and proposes the following four aspects to strengthen labor movement theory research continuously: mastering the right direction of trade union work with Chinese characteristics, integrating the labor movement theory research to set up high-quality research group, improving the officials’ quality construction to build a innovation-oriented trade union group, and insisting on new development concepts and modern methods to innovate labor movement theory research.
