浅谈农旅融合视角下的全域旅游发展困境与出路

摘　　要：全域旅游在经济发展新阶段可以促进社会协调发展,实现旅游新理念和新模式,实现旅游经济效益最大化,基于农旅融合的全域旅游,对产业结构优化和民生问题的解决有极大的战略意义.因为发展出路的规划并不具备与时俱进的科学性,在推进全域旅游事业的同时,基于农旅融合视角的政策支撑能力不强,市场的主体培育过程不够充分,相应的农旅融合产品开发深度不够,全域旅游发展陷入困境,导致全域旅的进度受到制约.寻找农旅融合视角下的全域旅游发展出路,要强化顶层思维,用政策的支撑属性促进农旅深入融合,科学制定发展规划,培育市场主体.The all-area-advancing tourism can promote balanced social development in the new process of economic development, realize the new concept and pattern of tourism, and make economic benefit maximization. The all-area-advancing tourism based on agriculture-tourism integration has great strategic significance for industrial structure optimization and solving problems concerning people’s livelihood. Because of lack of scientificity on the future plan and in the process of promoting all-area-advancing tourism, the development of all-area-advancing tourism has been in trouble and the progress of accelerating all-area-advancing tourism has been restricted for the weak support ability in policy from the perspective of agriculture-tourism integration, insufficient cultivation process of the main market, and low degree of the corresponding integration product development. Therefore, looking for the development path of all-area-advancing tourism is to strengthen the top-level thinking, make a deep integration of agriculture and tourism by the policy support, formulate development plans in a scientific way, and cultivate the main market.
