摘　　要：党建工作一直以来都是高校管理强调的重点工作,随着思想建设被顶层设计广泛要求,党建引领高校提升管理效能的具体特征与规律开始受到学界聚焦关注。为厘清当下高校提升管理效能的教育界时代性问题,研究从党建管理的政治方向把控能力和不竭动力的激发逻辑两个层面进行综合探讨,发现党建引领管理体系与管理能力的共同提升或将是党建引领高校提升管理效能的关键所在,基于此,研究应用实证分析进行了相关探索。结果表明,党建引领对高校提升管理效能具有正向影响,是现实有效的战略举措,未来高校应当进一步将党建工作视为教育管理的根本问题,更有效果的通过管理体系构建和管理能力提升,共同实现高校管理的高质量发展。Party construction has always been the key work that the university management emphasizes.With the ideological construction widely required by the top-level design,the specific characteristics and general rules of enhancing university management efficiency with guidance of Party construction have become the academic focus.In order to solve the contemporary problems of enhancing university management efficiency in the educational field,we conduct a comprehensive study over the issue from two aspects,namely,the political direction of Party construction management and provoking logic of inexhaustible motivation.We find that the joint improvement of management system and management ability guided by Party construction will be the key to enhancing university management efficiency.Based on the study of logic mechanism,we conduct the empirical analysis accordingly.The results show that the guidance of Party construction has a positive impact on the improvement of management efficiency at colleges and universities,which is a realistic and effective strategic measure.We should further regard Party construction as the fundamental problem of educational management in the future at university,and achieve the aim of high quality development of university management through effective construction of management system and improvement of management ability.
