高校基层党支部在课程思政中的作用发挥探析——以南昌工程学院人力资源管理教工党支部为例

摘　　要：作为高校党组织基本细胞的高校基层党支部,是高校党建各项基本工作生根发芽的“最后一公里”,在推动党史学习教育、全面从严治党和高校课程思政建设等各方面都发挥了重大的作用。把教工党支部建设和课程思政建设结合起来,既让课程思政建设具有坚强的组织保证,同时也把课程思政建设作为推动教工党支部建设的新途径,拓展了教工党支部战斗堡垒作用发挥的新平台。The grass-root Party Branch at college,as the basic cell of the grass-root Party organizations,is regarded as“the last kilometer”of all kinds of Party constructions.It played an important role in the study and education of the Party history,in promoting full and strict governance over the Party,and in the curricular ideological and political education.In recent years,the Teaching and Research Section of Human Resources Management at Nanchang Institute of Technology combined the construction of the Party Branch with curricular ideological and political education,so that the construction of curricular ideological and political education has a strong organizational guarantee.Meanwhile,the curricular ideological and political education is taken as a new way to promote the construction of the Teacher’s Party Branch.
