摘  要:为了防止普通预应力薄壁混凝土渡槽出现混凝土干缩裂缝,减少水资源浪费,提高建筑物使用寿命,在石家庄冶河灌区引冶总干渠小作河渡槽工程中尝试采用全断面补偿收缩预应力混凝土方式解决一些技术难题,项目顺利实施并达到了预期效果。该工程是鲜有的实施全断面补偿收缩预应力混凝土的成功案例,本文对其技术措施加以总结,包括合理的配合比、过程控制、温控养护、预应力张拉工艺等,可为水工混凝土结构向节约、薄壁、高强、大跨度等方向发展提供借鉴。The whole section compensated shrinkage prestressed concrete is applied to solve some technical difficulties in Yehe diversion main canal Xiaozuo River aqueduct project of Shijiazhuang Yehe Irrigation District in order to prevent common prestressed thin-wall concrete aqueduct from dry crack,reduce the waste of water resources and improve the service life of the building.The project is implemented smoothly,expected effects are achieved.The project belongs to a rare successful case of implementing whole section compensated shrinkage prestressed concrete.The technical measures are summarized in the paper,including reasonable mixing ratio,process control,temperature control maintenance,prestressed tensioning process,etc.,thereby providing reference for the hydraulic concrete structures to develop in the direction of saving,thin wall,high strength,large span,etc.
