摘　　要：糖萜素是从油茶籽粕中提取的含有大量多糖和皂苷的混合物,具有增强动物免疫力、提高养分消化率和均衡肠道微生物区系等潜在作用,已经作为一种抗生素替代物在生产中使用。文章主要是对糖萜素在动物体内的作用及机理进行综述。Saccharicterpenin is extracted from camellia seed cake,which is a mixture of triterpenoid saponins and polysaccharides.Saccharicterpenin can enhance the growth performance and intestinal barrier function of animals.However,it is unknown whether excessive dietary saccharicterpenin supplementation would have toxicity on animals.This article mainly reviews the effects and mechanisms of saccharicterpenin in animals.
