摘 要:在轿车车门翼板电阻焊过程中,针对机器人伺服焊枪经过多个焊点操作后工件间隙扩大和2层板材厚度增加造成的焊接质量下降问题,基于ANSYS有限元技术对B180H1烘烤硬化钢板电阻焊过程进行热传导数值模拟分析,探究板材厚度对焊接热传导效率及熔核直径大小的影响。运用FANUC伺服焊枪的板材厚度动态检测功能和宏程序跳转指令,在板材厚度极限值超出时停止机器人焊接程序并及时报警,减少板材间隙增大带来的飞溅和虚焊等缺陷,提高形核质量和焊接精度,保证轿车车门翼板电阻焊前后焊点质量的稳定。Aiming at the problem of welding quality degradation caused by the expansion of workpiece gap and the increase of two-layer plate thickness after robot servo welding gun passing through multiple welding spots in the process of resistance welding of the car door wing plate,the heat conduction numerical simulation analysis of resistance welding process of B180H1 baking hardening steel plate was carried out by ANSYS finite element technology,and the influence of plate’s thickness on welding heat conduction efficiency and nugget diameter were explored.Using the FANUC servo welding gun’s dynamic detection function for plate’s thickness and the macro program jump instruction,the robot welding procedure stopped and alarmed in time when the limit value of the plate thickness was exceeded,so as to reduce the defects such as spatter and false welding caused by the increase of plate’s gap,improve the nucleation quality and welding accuracy,and ensure stability of welded joint quality before and after resistance welding of car door wing plate.
