摘　　要：1LF35型系列液压翻转犁翻转机构,采用直线往复运动式油缸拉动翻转臂,带动翻转犁机架转动180°,从而实现翻转犁的换行工作。针对直线往复运动式油缸翻转机构存在工作不平稳、翻转不可靠等问题,设计了回转摆动式油缸翻转机构。介绍了两种翻转机构结构及工作原理,计算了翻转机构的阻力矩,选择了回转摆动式油缸型号,设计了传动齿轮等参数,计算了两种翻转机构结构翻转时间。采用回转摆动式油缸翻转机构后,提高了工作稳定性和翻转可靠性,提高了翻转速度,但成本有所提高。旨在为翻转犁翻转机构的研发提供理论参考和技术支撑。1LF35 series hydraulic turnover plow turnover mechanism,the use of linear reciprocating motion cylinder pull turnover arm,driving turnover plow frame rotation 180 degrees,so as to achieve turnover plow line work.Aiming at the problems of the linear reciprocating oil cylinder turnover mechanism,such as unstable operation and unreliable turnover,the rotary swing oil cylinder turnover mechanism is designed.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of two kinds of turnover mechanism,calculates the resistance moment of the turnover mechanism,selects the type of rotary-swinging oil cylinder,designs the transmission gear and other parameters,and calculates the turnover time of two kinds of turnover mechanism.After adopting the rotary swing type cylinder turnover mechanism,the work stability and turnover reliability are improved,and the turnover speed is increased,but the cost is increased.The purpose is to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the research and development of the turnover mechanism of the turnover plow.
