摘 要:发动机是汽车的动力核心组件,也是发动机振动的主要来源之一,随着社会各界对于汽车驾驶体验的要求逐步提升,振动控制已成为汽车研究的重要方向,减少发动机振动对汽车驾驶室的影响对改善驾驶体验十分重要。为更好地分析汽车发动机规律,从发动机振动相关研究出发,分析了发动机振动特征的研究趋势,介绍了导致发动机振动的主要因素,总结了振动产生的规律和特点,说明了发动机振动控制的常用形式,并重点对发动机隔振技术展开应用技术研究。Engine is the core component of automobile power and one of the main sources of engine vibration.With the gradual improvement of the requirements of all sectors of society for automobile driving experience,vibration control has become an important direction of automobile research.Reducing the impact of engine vibration on automobile driving cab is very important to improve driving experience.In order to better analyze the law of automobile engine,starting from the related research of engine vibration,this paper analyzes the research trend of engine vibration characteristics,introduces the main factors leading to engine vibration,summarizes the law and characteristics of vibration,explains the common forms of engine vibration control,and focuses on the application technology research of engine vibration isolation technology.
