摘　　要：目的探究神经阻滞在妇科手术后的镇痛效果。方法检索中英文数据库,纳入比较不同神经阻滞方式对妇科手术患者进行镇痛治疗的临床随机对照试验研究,由研究人员对纳入文献进行质量评价和数据提取,使用R 4.0.2软件分析评价包括不同神经阻滞方式在内的镇痛方式对进行妇科手术患者治疗后的镇痛效果。结果共纳入20篇研究报道,总计1706例患者,质量评价显示纳入文献总体质量较好。网状meta分析显示采用耳穴治疗的疗程结束后治疗有效率高于单纯药物治疗,差异具有统计学意义[RR=1.16,95%CI=(1.09,1.23),P<0.001]。结论根据国内现有研究分析,神经阻滞在妇科手术后镇痛效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point therapy on chronic urticaria.Methods The Chinese and English databases were searched,and clinical randomized controlled trials comparing auricular point therapy intervention treatment of chronic urticaria patients and medicine or traditional Chinese medicine treatment as the control group.The researchers conducted quality evaluation and data extraction on the included literature,and used R 4.0.2 software to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of auricular point therapy and the control group’s drug intervention in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Results A total of 7 research reports were included,with a total of 509 patients.The quality evaluation showed that the overall quality of the included literature was good.meta-analysis showed that after the course of treatment with auricular point,the treatment efficiency was higher than that of drug treatment alone,and the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.16,95%CI=(1.09,1.23),P<0.001].Conclusion According to the existing domestic research and analysis,nerve block has a significant analgesic effect after gynecological surgery and is worthy of clinical promotion.
