摘 要:针对电机控制器的测试过程中存在系统复杂、硬件成本高和周期长等问题,应用电力电子变换器对永磁同步电机端口特性进行了模拟,采用电机参数的离散化数学模型,实现了对电机端口特性的模拟。建立了永磁同步电机端口特性的电力电子系统仿真模型,选取具有代表性的多步离散算法建立永磁同步电机的离散化虚拟模型,将电力电子系统的端口模拟结果与实体电机在不同条件运行下的状态曲线趋势进行了对比分析实验,验证了运用电力电子系统进行永磁同步电机端口特性模拟的可行性和可靠性。Aiming at the problems of system complexity, high hardware cost and long cycle in the test process of motor controller, the simulation of the port characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor with power electronic converter is studied, and the discrete mathematical model of motor parameters is used to realize the simulation of motor port characteristics. The simulation model of a power electronic system is built to simulate the port characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. A discrete virtual model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is established by using a representative multistep discrete algorithm. Comparing the simulation results of the power electronic system with the operation curves of the physical motor through experiments, the feasibility and reliability of using the power electronic system is verified to simulate the port characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
