摘　　要：北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会给中国乃至世界留下了丰厚的经济遗产。基于新兴古典主义经济学的研究范式和超边际分析方法,在理论层面指出了冬奥经济遗产能够实现分工经济的广化和深化这一作用机制。在实践层面提炼和总结了都灵冬奥会以分工经济激发旅游业潜力,以及温哥华冬奥会实现了大国经济体的成功产业政策等典型化事实,并从基础设施建设、产业供给优化、消费需求培育等角度系统梳理了北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会经济遗产工作的相关成就和经验。最终在理论分析与实践镜鉴的基础上,提出未来进一步开发与利用北京冬奥会经济遗产的对策展望。With the success of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games,China has provided the world with a simple,safe and splendid Winter Olympic event as expected.Beijing became the first city to host both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games in history,and received wide acclaim from the international sports community and people around the world.Among the various types of legacies of the Winter Olympic,the economic legacy of the Winter Olympic involves the trade-off process between cost and benefits,and can focus on the long-term impact of the Winter Olympic on the sports economy and industry,and is therefore of particular interest to stakeholders,including policy makers.However,there is a lack of research on the economic legacy of the Beijing Winter Olympics.In terms of the goal of“take full advantage of the Beijing Winter Olympic legacy and maximize the role of economic legacy”,there is no widespread consensus on the precise meaning of the economic legacy of the Winter Olympics,the inner mechanism of the economic impact of the Winter Olympic legacy needs to be explored in depth,and the practical paths that can help give full play to the economic legacy of the Winter Olympics need to be further refined and summarized.The concept of“Olympic legacy”first emerged during the preparation process for the 1996 Atlanta OlympicGames.From an applied research perspective,the post-event identification and evaluation of the Olympics’economic legacy have attracted sustained attention from researchers as the International Olympic Committee activelyencourages each Olympic host city to consider how to use the Olympic events from the outset to bring positive andlasting economic benefits to the region and its people.However,it should be noted that the evaluation of theeconomic legacy of the Olympic Games usually requires longer-term and more complex empirical evidence than themeasurement of the direct economic benefits generated by the two-week Olympic events,which greatly increasesthe difficulty of identifying the ec
