摘  要:蛇足石杉是一种古老的蕨类植物,具有非常重要的药用价值,该试验以蛇足石杉的孢子为外植体进行离体繁殖以提高繁育速度,通过孢子不同接种方式及不同初代、增殖、生根培养基配方比较,最后得出,接种时最佳的接种方式是将1cm大小的孢子叶直接接到培养基上;初代诱导阶段选用MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L配方最好;增值阶段选用MS+KT 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+GA31.0mg/L配方最好并能降低玻璃化;生根阶段选用1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L配方效果最好。希望该试验的结论能为整个蛇足石杉快繁提供依据,加速其工厂化育苗。Huperzia serrata is an ancient ferns,has very important medicinal value,the experiment with huperzia serrata spores for explant in vitro propagation in order to improve the breeding speed,through spores at the beginning of different inoculation methods and different generation,proliferation,rooting medium formula comparison,finally it is concluded that,when the best inoculated way is to the size of 1 cm sporophyll directly to the culture medium;MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L was the best formula in the initial induction stage.In the increment stage,MS+KT 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+GA31.0mg/L formula is the best and can reduce the vitrification.The best rooting stage was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L.It is hoped that the conclusion of this experiment can provide the basis for the rapid propagation of the whole huperia serrata and accelerate its factory seedling.
