骨质疏松腰背痛中药热奄包穴位热敷疗法探析

摘　　要：骨质疏松腰背痛属中医痹证范畴。痹者“闭”也,有闭阻不通之义。《素问·痹论》认为本病外有风寒湿三气杂至,内有年老体弱肾精亏虚,风寒湿邪乘虚而入,循腧穴直接侵入体内,导致经脉痹阻,气血瘀滞,筋脉失养,从而造成腰背疼痛难忍。内补先天肾精以扶正、外御腧穴之风寒湿以祛邪,是治疗本病的两大关键。以中药热奄包温经散寒,补益肾精,以肾俞、腰俞等穴位为热敷部位,有望提高老年骨质疏松腰背痛的临床疗效。Osteoporotic lumbodorsal painwas belongs to arthromyodynia category in Chinese Medicine.Arthromyodynia means the impediment was closed.Shuwen Bilunthinked that the exopathic of disease was wind,cold,dampness,and internal cause of disease was frail,elderly,kidney essence deficiency.The wind cold dampness on directly invade into weak body from acupoints,lead to blockage of the meridians,blood stasis,tendons dystrophy,resulting in low back pain.The key to treat the disease was both reinforce the congenital kidney essence and remove the wind cold dampness.Used the herbal Reyanbao warming channel,expelling cold,tonifying kidney by hot compress on the hot compress points including Kidney Shu,Lumbar Shu et al,it wasexpected to improve the clinical curative effect of senile osteoporotic lumbodorsal pain.
