摘　　要：桑杲认为泄泻病位在肠,其本在脾,其标在滞,每多虚实夹杂。临证以风寒泻、伤食泻、脾虚泻、脾肾阳虚泻为多见,提出以“和”脾化滞为治疗原则,包含温脾补脾、散寒化湿、消食化滞、健运脾胃之法,并进一步提出分期治疗本病:初期化结为先,治以醒脾化结、祛湿消积;病程迁延需标本兼治,治以运脾健胃、清化湿热;病久以和脾为要,治以温补脾阳、涩肠止泻。其自拟止泻散穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿治疗小儿泄泻,操作简单,安全有效。According to Sang Gao,diarrhea disease is located in the intestine,its origin lies in the spleen,and itsinducement is stagnation.And it is mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes.The clinical syndromes are mainly wind-cold diarrhea,diarrhea of dyspepsia caused by excessive eating or improper diet,spleen deficiency diarrhea and diarrhea of spleen kidney yang deficiency.So we often treat it with ideology of"he"spleen and eliminate stagnation,including the methods of warming the spleen and tonifying the spleen,dispersing cold and removing dampness,eliminating food and removing stagnation,and strengthening the spleen and stomach.She further proposed that the disease should be treated by stages:at the initial stage,discharge stagnation first,the treatment should be based on invigorating the spleen and discharging stagnation,removing dampness and eliminating accumulation;if the course of disease is prolonged,it needs to treat both symptoms and root causes,so as to transport the spleen and strengthen the stomach and clear away damp heat;for long course of disease,it is important to harmonize the spleen.The treatment is to warm and tonify the spleen yang,astringe the intestines and stop diarrhea.We treat this disease by acupoint application using self-made the Zhixie powder and infantile tuina.It is simple operation,safe and effective.
