双级动叶可调式轴流引风机故障分析

摘　　要：某电厂锅炉引风机为配合超净排放改造进行扩容,由静叶可调轴流引风机改为动叶可调轴流引风机,使用过程中先后发生风机出力受限、轴承振速大和液压系统漏油3起异常事件,分析查明原因后采取措施消除故障,使风机得以安全运行。In order to expand the capacity of the boiler induced fan in a power plant in conjunction with the ultra-clean discharge upgrades,the axial-flow induced fan with adjustable stationary blades is replaced by the axial-flow induced fan with adjustable movable blades.In its application,three abnormal events occurred successively,i.e.limited output of fan,large vibration of bearing and oil leakage of hydraulic system.Upon the analysis and inspection,the causes of the faults are found out and eliminated,which enables the fan running safely.
