主机液压油泵故障处理建议

摘　　要：由于某电厂主机液压油泵驱动螺杆轴轴颈腐蚀、磨损严重,泵壳涂层脱落,泵架配合部位磨损、变形,液压油泵断轴、轴承损坏、振动大等缺陷导致故障频发,直接威胁汽轮机安全运行,故提出通过设计和安装新的国产液压油泵及提高施工和安装细节管理要求来确保液压油泵安全运行、减少维护量及节约备件费用。Due to the defects such as severe corrosion and wears of drive screw shaft,cracking-off of pump shell coatings,wears and deformation of auxiliary segments of pump bracket,damage and breaks of hydraulic oil pump shaft and large vibration,multiple failures often occur in the main turbine hydraulic oil pump of a power plant,which directly threatens the safe operation of turbine,a proposal is given on designing and installing a new domestic hydraulic oil pump and improves the specific management activities in construction and installation so as to ensure the safe operation of hydraulic oil pumps,reduce the labor of maintenance and save the cost of spare parts.
