摘　　要：西藏和平解放以来,中国共产党始终把改善民生、凝聚人心作为西藏经济社会发展的出发点和落脚点,用短短几十年的时间,实现跨越上千年的巨变。西藏把脱贫攻坚作为全面建成小康社会的底线任务和实施乡村振兴战略的优先任务,历史性消除绝对贫困,取得与全国一道全面建成小康社会的伟大胜利。这为推进西藏经济社会高质量发展积累了宝贵经验,对建设团结富裕文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化新西藏具有重要的指导意义。The CPC has always been taking improving people’s livelihood and increasing cohesion as the starting point and the foothold of economic and social development of Tibet since the peaceful liberation.Tibet has gained earth-shaking changes in few decades.Taking poverty alleviation as the basic task in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the priority task in rural revitalization,Tibet has historically eliminated absolute poverty and jointly achieved the great success with the rest of the country in completing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.This has accumulated valuable experience for promoting high-quality economic and social development in Tibet,and is of important guiding significance for building a united,prosperous,culturally advanced,harmonious,and beautiful modern socialist New Tibet.
