摘 要:为减轻动臂塔式起重机塔身和基础的受力,提高塔机的安全性和经济性,本文设计一种新型移动配重动臂塔式起重机的平衡臂,利用ANSYS对其进行静力分析和模态分析,并提出改进方案。经过静力分析结果可知,新型平衡臂最大应力为213.43 MPa,最大变形为31.72 mm,改进后平衡臂最大应力为207.28 MPa,最大变形为27.90 mm;同时提取了改进前后平衡臂前6阶模态,并进行对比分析,平衡前6阶频率差值在3.84%~14.12%之间,振型改进前后一致。分析结果表明:改进前后平衡臂结构的整体刚度几乎没有变化,平衡臂质量减小了1.15%;改进前后平衡臂结构的最大应力满足强度和刚度要求。In order to reduce the stress of the tower body and foundation of the boom tower crane and improve the safety and economy of the tower crane,a new type of balance arm of the mobile counterweight boom tower crane is designed in this paper.Use ANSYS to perform static analysis and modal analysis on it,and propose the improvement plan.The static analysis results show that the maximum stress of the new balance arm is 213.43MPa,and the maximum deformation is 31.72mm.After the improvement,the maximum stress of the balance arm is 207.28MPa,and the maximum deformation is 27.90mm.At the same time,the first six modes of the balance arm before and after improvement are extracted and compared.The frequency difference of the first six modes is between 3.84%and 14.12%,and the vibration mode is consistent before and after improvement.The analysis results show that the overall stiffness of the balance arm structure before and after the improvement is almost unchanged,and the mass of the balance arm is reduced by 1.15%.The maximum stress of the balance arm structure before and after improvement meets the requirements of strength and stiffness.
