摘  要:针对车载运输过程中固体火箭发动机在温度、振动载荷作用下的推进剂和衬粘接界面损伤问题,完成运输振动载荷谱的构建,对信号进行消除数据趋势项和分段处理,并从时域和频域对信号进行重点分析。从基于振动载荷PSD完成对运输条件的分类,将实测的振动载荷数据划分振动严重程度级别(A和B),依据行程占比作为权重计算运输过程中的等效PSD。从时域上看,不同路况下加速度峰值和RMS存在较大差别,采集信号峰值均大于3倍均方根值,说明振动加速度信号中包含数值急剧变化的部分;从频域上看,100Hz以内载荷能量主要集中在0~20Hz、30~45Hz和70~80Hz三个频段上。Aiming at the damage of propellant and lining bonding interface of solid rocket motor under temperature and vibration load in the process of vehicle transportation,the construction of transportation vibration load spectrum is completed,the data trend term is eliminated and processed in sections,and the signal is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain.From the classification of transportation conditions based on vibration load PSD,Divide the measured vibration load data into vibration severity levels(A and B),calculate the equivalent PSD during transportation according to the travel proportion as the weight.From the time domain,there are great differences between the peak acceleration and RMS under different road conditions,and the peak value of the collected signal is greater than 3 times the root mean square value,indicating that the vibration acceleration signal contains parts with sharp changes in value;from the frequency domain,the load energy is mainly concentrated in 0-20Hz,30-45Hz and 70-80Hz On three frequency bands.
