摘　　要：简要介绍了从瑞士引进仲巴赫测径仪的工作原理、系统配置及其设备维护、使用效果。测径仪应用于棒材轧机生产线,实现了棒材截面尺寸的自动检测以及棒材轧制的动态控制,提高了棒材产品的精度,降低了棒材的次品率,同时也提高了劳动生产率,改善了工人操作环境,是提高生产经济效益的有效途径。The article gives the presentation of the working principle,composition of the equipment,the maintaining of the equipment and the application effect of the Zumbach gauge imported from Switzerland.Application of the Zumbach gauge to the rod mill has realized the auto-cheeking of the section of the rod and the dynamic control of the rolling of the rod,raising the accuracy of rod product,and decreasing the ract of defective,at the same time,the working efficiency has been raised,the working environment for the operating workers has been improved,it has been proved to be a effective way to raise the economic benefic of the production.
