摘　　要：为保证动车组运营的安全性和可靠性,目前动车组主要采用的是预防性维修方法,这在一定程度上提升了动车组运营维护费用。本文探讨了寿命的定义、寿命的分布等,并分析了常用加速寿命试验的各种模型和它们的适用条件,对比加速寿命试验的优缺点。基于加速寿命试验的基本原理,并根据轨道交通行业内电子产品的具体特点,探讨了一种寿命评估方法的运用。In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of EMUs,it mainly adopts the preventive maintenance method,which increases the operation and maintenance cost to a certain extent.This paper discusses the definition,distribution of lifespan,analyzes various models and their applicable conditions of commonly used accelerated life tests,and makes a comparasion on their advantages and disadvantages.Based on the fundamental principle of accelerated life tests and the specific characteristics of electronic products in rail transit industry,the paper discusses the application of a lifespan assessment method.
