摘　　要：柳诒徵“经世致用”之学贯穿《国史要义》始终,其中第九篇《史术》是其经世致用思想的总结和升华。柳诒徵论证“史术”之含义,旨在说明史中有术,即史学中有经验、方法和谋略以供后人借鉴。柳诒徵用正反例阐释史学包含的持身处事之术、知类通达之术、借鉴之术、因果之术等七术,以此揭示史学“经世致用”的目的。柳诒徵立足对传统史学深入把握的基础,批驳梁启超等人提倡的“为学问而学问”的观点,具有强烈的时代精神和现实意义。LIU Yizheng′s theory of"Managing the World for Practical Use"runs through Guoshi Yaoyi(The Essentials of National History).The ninth chapter"Historical Techniques"is the summary and sublimation of his historical thoughts.In this article,LIU Yizheng firstly demonstrates the meaning of"historical techniques",which aims to explain that there are techniques in studying Chinese history,that is,there are experiences,methods and strategies in history for future generations to learn from;It includes seven techniques concerning the technique of behaving oneself and dealing with people;the techniques of learning and understanding and the techniques of knowing about cause and effect,so as to reveal the purpose of the"experiencing"in various techniques.Based on an in-depth grasp of traditional historiography,LIU Yizheng criticizes the view of"learning for learning"advocated by LIANG Qichao and other scholars,and held high the banner of"applicability of history",which has a strong characteristic of the times and realistic significance.
