摘　　要：推动经济高质量发展是适应新阶段我国社会主要矛盾变化、加快实现全面建设社会主义现代化国家目标的必然要求,也是遵循经济发展规律、保持经济持续健康发展的内在要求。天津坚持以习近平总书记对天津工作提出的“三个着力”重要要求为引领,以着力提高发展质量和效益为抓手,坚定新发展理念不动摇,把握经济高质量发展主题不放松,加快推进经济结构转型升级和现代产业体系建设,积极培育经济发展新动能,以动力变革引领经济质量变革和效率变革,不断探索老工业城市经济高质量发展新路径,为全面建设社会主义现代化大都市奠定坚实基础,为新阶段实现经济高质量发展提供天津样板。Promoting high-quality economic development is not only an inevitable requirement to adapt to the changes of China's main social contradictions in the new stage and to accelerate the realization of the goal of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,but also an internal requirement to follow the law of economic development and maintain sustained and healthy economic development.Following the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important requirements of energetically improving the quality and efficiency of development,Tianjin unswervingly applies the new development philosophy,holds tightly to the theme of high-quality economic development,accelerates the transformation and upgrading of economic structure and modern industrial system building,actively cultivates new driving forces of economic development,leads quality and efficiency changes with dynamic changes,and constantly explores new paths for old industrial cities to promote high-quality economic development,so as to lay a solid foundation for building a modern socialist metropolis in an all-round way and provide a model for high-quality economic development in the new stage.
