社区社会组织发展的多重路径研究——基于17个案例的定性比较分析

摘　　要：社区社会组织的发展水平受到多因素的共同影响,既有研究多关注某个或某几个因素,少有整体性解释社区社会组织发展水平差异的研究。文献回顾和实践调研揭示出政府支持、社区社会资本、组织合法性、党建引领、关键行动者能力及社会资源等因素都会对社区社会组织的发展起到重要作用。QCA分析显示政府支持、关键行动者能力和社区社会资本是社区社会组织高发展水平的必要条件;缺乏社会资源是发展滞后的必要条件。组态分析表明,社区社会组织的发展水平存在一果多因的多重并发机制,由政府支持和社会资源所构成的资源条件与关键行动者能力的因素组合共同决定了社区社会组织的发展水平,社区社会资本、组织合法性、党建引领则起辅助性作用。The level of community social organization development is affected by a combination of factors.Previous studies mainly focused on one or some factors,and scarcely touched upon the differences in the level of community social organization development in a holistic manner.A review of the literature and empirical research reveals that government support,community social capital,organizational legitimacy,party leadership,key practitioner capacity and community social resources all play important roles in the community social organization development.The QCA analysis shows that government support,key practitioner capacity and community social capital are necessary for high-level development of community social organization,and that the lack of social resources unavoidably results in the lagging of development.The configuration analysis shows that the level of community social organization development has multiple concurrent mechanisms of one effect and multiple causes,and that the combination of resource conditions consisting of government support and social resources and the capacity of key practitioners jointly determine the level of community social organization development,while social capital,organizational legitimacy and party leadership play complementary roles.
