摘 要:目的调查分析助产专业学生的母乳喂养态度及影响因素,探讨医学教育的干预方向。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年4月在杭州市某医学院校选取助产专业学生作为研究对象,使用基本信息调查问卷、Iowa婴儿喂养态度量表(IIFAS)进行基本资料收集和母乳喂养态度评价,通过多重线性回归模型确定影响因素。结果122名助产专业学生的IIFAS得分平均为(59.75±6.27)分,处于中等水平;母乳喂养知识学习经历、家庭月收入、助产专业热爱程度、教师提倡母乳喂养经历是助产专业学生母乳喂养态度的影响因素(分别为β=0.273、-0.205、0.207、0.207,P<0.05)。结论家庭收入高、专业热爱程度低的学生母乳喂养态度需重点提升,而母乳喂养教育、教师倡导母乳喂养有利于喂养态度的改善。Objective:To investigate and analyze the breastfeeding attitude and influencing factors of midwifery students,and identify the appropriate medical education intervention.Methods:Convenience sampling method was applied to select midwifery students from a medical college in Hangzhou in April 2020.Basic information questionnaire and the Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale(IIFAS)were employed for collection of general characteristics and measurement of breastfeeding attitude,and the influencing factors were determined by multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The average IIFAS score of 122 midwifery students was(59.75±6.27),indicating medium inclination to breastfeeding.Breastfeeding learning experience,family monthly income,devotion to midwifery profession,experience of teachers promoting breastfeeding were influencing factors of breastfeeding attitude(β=0.273,-0.205,0.207,0.207,respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusions:The breastfeeding attitude of midwifery students with high family income and low professional enthusiasm needs to be improved emphatically.Breastfeeding education and teachers’advocacy of breastfeeding are conducive to the improvement of breastfeeding attitude.
