摘　　要：习近平新时代人民利益观是在继承发展马克思主义人民利益思想的理论精髓,赓续中国共产党为人民谋利益的优良传统,分析新时代人民利益现实境况基础上形成的。作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,习近平新时代人民利益观以遵循新时代“什么是人民利益”—“怎样看待人民利益”—“如何实现人民利益”为演进进路而铺陈展开,建构起了以人民利益为核心要素的立体化逻辑架构,既包含发展主题、价值定位、工作思路、检验标尺、实现路向、国际担当等丰富的内涵要义,也内蕴着深厚的价值意蕴,为马克思主义人民利益思想增添了新内容,为构建新型党群命运共同体提供了新遵循,为不断促进人的全面发展提供了理论指导。Xi Jinping’s view on people’s interests in the new era is formed on the basis of inheriting the theoretical essence of developing the Marxist thought on the interests of the people,continuing the mission of the CPC to seek the interests of the people,and analyzing the realistic situation of the people’s interests in the new era.As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping’s view on people’s interests in the new era follows the evolution route of“what are people’s interests”,“how to view people’s interests”and“how to realize people’s interests”and constructs a three-dimensional logical framework with people’s interests as the core element.It contains rich connotations and essentials like development theme,value orientation,work approach,test gauge,realization route,international responsibility as well as profound value implications.It has added new content to the Marxist thought on the interests of the people,provided new guidelines for building a new community of the Party and the masses with a shared future,and provided new impetus for promoting the all-round development of human beings.
