中国共产党人民观百年发展的合规律性与合目的性的统一逻辑

摘　　要：中国共产党人民观贯穿于党领导中国革命、建设和改革的各个时期,其发展过程深刻体现了合规律性与合目的性的统一逻辑。中国共产党人民观百年发展不但深刻反映了中国共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律,同时也深刻反映了中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨、尊重和维护人民主体地位的根本立场、以人民为中心的发展思想和党的初心使命。在开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,全面推进党的建设,需要正确把握中国共产党人民观的合规律性与合目的性的内在统一关系,更好地坚持和发展党的人民观。The CPC’s view on people runs through the entire periods of the Party’s leadership of the revolution,construction and reform of China.Its development process deeply reflects the logic of unity between rule-obeying and goal-reaching nature.The centennial development of the CPC’s view on people deeply reflects not only the Party’s rule of governance,the law of socialist construction and the law of the development of human society,but also the ultimate goal of the CPC to serve the people wholeheartedly,the basic standpoint of respecting and safeguarding the principal position of the people,the people-centered development thought and the Party’s original aspiration and mission.In embarking on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,to comprehensively promote the Party’s construction,we need to correctly grasp the internal unity between rule-obeying and goalreaching nature of the CPC’s view on people,and adhere to and develop the Party’s view on people in the new era.
