摘  要:QC/T 1152-2021《电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用DC/DC变换器技术条件》是针对电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用DC/DC变换器提出的行业标准。纹波系数作为该标准的检测项目之一,其测试方法和测试环节对测试人员提出了较高的要求。针对传统纹波测试过程中环境噪声较大的问题,对纹波测试方法进行研究,提出了采用短地线的纹波方法,提高了纹波测试的准确性。对纹波抑制技术进行研究,研究滤波电容对纹波电压的影响,并通过MATLAB仿真进行验证,为企业设计和研制DC/DC变换器提供理论依据。QC/T 1152-2021〈The DC/DC converter for electric motorcycle and electric mopdeds specification〉is an industry standard for DC/DC converters for electric motorcycles and mopeds.Ripple coefficient is one of the test items of the standard,and its test methods and links put forward higher requirements for testers.Aiming at the problem of large environmental noise in the process of traditional ripple test,the ripple test method is studied,and the ripple method of short ground wire is proposed to improve the accuracy of ripple test.The ripple suppression method is studied,and the influence of filter capacitor on ripple voltage is studied.It is verified by MATLAB simulation and provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to design and develop DC/DC converter.
