摘 要:近期,全国接连发生的电动自行车自燃事故,引发全社会对电动自行车安全的强烈关注。国家主管部门将持续加强电动自行车产品的质量监管,同时对各检测机构相关实验室的检测能力要求也在提高。本文归纳了GB 17761—2018《电动自行车安全技术规范》及其检验规范以及相关引用标准对电动自行车防火性能试验的技术要求,概述了电动自行车防火性能试验的检验流程、技术要求和检验要点。Recently,the spontaneous combustion accidents of electric bicycles had occurred in succession in the whole country.It had aroused the strong concern of the whole society for the safety of electric bicycles.The government authorities will continue to strengthen the quality supervision on electric bicycle products.At the same time,the requirements for the testing capabilities of relevant laboratories of various testing institutions are also increasing.This paper summarizes the technical requirements for the fire-resistance performance test of electric bicycles in GB 17761-2018“Safety technical specification for electric bicycle”and its inspection specifications and related reference standards,and outlines the inspection process,technical requirements and inspection points for the fire-resistance performance test of electric bicycles.
