摘　　要：甘薯种苗产业化发展关系到甘薯产业健康可持续发展.利用深度访谈和发放问卷的形式,对泗县甘薯种苗产业中的农业主管部门、种业企业、甘薯加工企业、合作社、家庭农场、种植大户和小农户等相关主体进行调查研究.重点对种苗繁育的品种结构、育苗方式、繁育主体、发展趋势等方面进行分析,发现泗县甘薯种苗产业发展中存在品种知识产权保护缺失、种苗繁育体系不健全、监管体系不到位等问题,对此提出了加强科技引领、强化组织引领,以及增强政策扶持等一系列对策建议.The sweetpotato seedling industrialization development is related to the industry healthy and sustainable development of the sweetpotato industry.Using in-depth interview and questionnaire methods,the sweetpotato seedling industries including the agricultural departments,seed enterprises,sweetpotato processing enterprises,cooperatives,family farms,large and small farmers in Sixian County were investigated and researched.The sweetpotato variety,seedling mode,breeding subject and development trend were mainly analyzed.The results showed that there were some problems in the sweetpotato seedling industry development in Sixian County,such as the lack of intellectual property protection in variety,the imperfection of seedling breeding system and the lack of supervision system and so on.Based on these,a series of countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sweetpotato seedling industry development and growth,such as strengthening scientific and technological guidance,strengthening organization leading and strengthening policy support and so on was put forward in this paper.
