摘　　要：目的:探索和寻求以大型方舱医院为代表的新型公共卫生防控与医疗设施信息系统建设方案与实践。方法:从上海3家大型方舱医院的实际业务需求出发,对其建设和运行特点,从基础设施、终端硬件、应用改造、运行维护等方面逐一进行分析,并结合本团队在实际工作中的经验总结系统建设思路和建设方案。结果:根据方舱医院的建设特点和其信息化需求,按照方舱医院应用功能规范要求,采用基于云平台的简化HIS及EMR作为核心业务系统,集成住院、护理、医技、药品管理等子模块,完成方舱医院信息系统的建设并实现医护业务的闭环管理。结论:5G、一体式医护终端、云平台、微服务等新技术的组合应用能够解决大型方舱医院建设周期短、规模大,信息化基础设施匮乏、用户多样性等问题。本研究为日后此类新型公共卫生防控与医疗设施信息化建设提供了新的建设思路和方法。Objective:To explore and seek the construction plan and practice of new public health prevention,control and medical facility information system represented by large-scale fangcang shelter hospitals.Methods:Starting from the actual business needs of the three large-scale fangcang shelter hospitals in Shanghai,we analyzed their construction and operation characteristics one by one from the aspects of infrastructure,terminal hardware,application transformation,operation and maintenance,etc.,then combined with the experience of our team in actual work.Summarize the system construction ideas and construction plans.Results:According to the construction characteristics and information requirements of the fangcang shelter hospital and the requirements of the application function specification of the fangcang shelter hospital,we adopted the simplified his and EMR Based on the cloud platform as the core business system,integrated the sub modules of hospitalization,nursing,medical technology and drug management,completed the construction of the fangcang shelter hospital information system and realized the closed-loop management of medical business.Conclusion:Through the combined application of 5G,integrated medical terminal,cloud platform,micro service and other new technologies,the problems of short construction cycle,large scale,lack of information infrastructure,user diversity and so on can be solved.It provided new construction ideas and methods for such new public health prevention and control and medical facility informational construction in the future.
