摘  要:【目的】在二氧化钛(TiO_(2))颗粒表面包覆光惰性物质二氧化硅(SiO_(2)),制备出具有抑制纳米TiO_(2)固有的光催化活性、仍保留其原有的紫外屏蔽、可见光透明特性、具有核壳结构、单分散、小尺寸纳米TiO_(2)@SiO_(2),用于抑制脱木素木材(DW)中残留木质素的光老化,制备耐光型TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-脱木素木材(TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-DW),以提高DW基功能材料的耐光性,延长其使用寿命、木材高值化及碳达峰、碳中和,为经典、普适液-固-液(LSS)法制备的单分散、脂肪酸保护的其他小尺寸纳米颗粒表面的SiO_(2)包覆、改性及功能化提供可行方案。【方法】采用LSS法制备单分散、尺寸约8 nm、表面吸附油酸分子、分散在环己烷中、锐钛矿相纳米TiO_(2);反向微乳液法在TiO_(2)纳米颗粒表面包覆SiO_(2),制备出单分散、粒径约12 nm、分散在乙醇中、具有核壳结构的纳米TiO_(2)@SiO_(2);H_(2)O_(2)/HAc除木质素法去除木材中的木质素,且仍保留木材原有纤维素骨架,得到H_(2)O_(2)/HAc-脱木素木材(H_(2)O_(2)/HAc-DW);将TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)浸渍、涂覆在H_(2)O_(2)/HAc-DW表面并机械压制,制备出TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-DW;TEM、XRD、FTIR和UV-Vis分别表征纳米TiO_(2)、TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)的形貌/单分散性、晶体结构、表面官能团以及UV-Vis吸收性能;SEM和EDS表征TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)在DW表面的沉积、分布;L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)色差法测量老化前后的色度值、计算总色差ΔE^(*),评估DW、TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-DW的耐光性。【结果】TEM表明,纳米TiO_(2)、TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)均为单分散性,尺寸分别为8 nm和12 nm;相机照片表明,纳米TiO_(2)、TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)可分别分散在环己烷、乙醇中;XRD表明,TiO_(2)、TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)均为锐钛矿相,SiO_(2)壳层为无定形结构;UV-Vis表明,TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)具有UV屏蔽、可见光透明特性;H_(2)O_(2)/HAc-DW中的木质素残留量减少至0.8%;SEM和EDS表明,TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)均匀沉积/镶嵌在DW表面;相机照片表明,TiO_(2)@S【Objective】In order to prepare TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-delignified wood(TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-DW)with an enhanced photostability by suppressing photodegradation of remaining lignin in DW,SiO_(2),a kind of UV light inert material,was coated on the surface of TiO_(2) nanoparticles to form monodispersed TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) with core@shell structure to suppress inherent photocatalytic activity of TiO_(2),to remain UV shielding,Vis light transparent properties.【Method】The monodispersed,anatase TiO_(2) nanoparticles with size of about 8 nm,which modified with oleic acid,dispersed in cyclohexane,were prepared by liquid-solid-solution(LSS)method.Reverse microemulsion method was used to deposit SiO_(2) onto the surface of as-prepared TiO_(2) nanoparticles to form monodispersed TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) with size of about 12 nm,core@shell structure,and a good dispersity in ethanol.The lignin was removed from natural wood by H_(2)O_(2)/HAc delignification method to form DW with well-preserved cellulose skeleton.TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) was soaked/coated on the surface of DW,and subsequently mechanical pressing to form TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-DW.TEM,XRD,FTIR,and UV-Vis were used to characterize morphology/monodispersity,crystallized phase,functional groups,and UV-Vis absorbance properties of both TiO_(2) and TiO_(2)@SiO_(2).SEM and EDS were used to demonstrate the coating of TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) on the surface of DW.Parameters of L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) of DW and TiO_(2)@SiO_(2)-DW were used to evaluate the photostability.【Result】TEM images demonstrates that both TiO_(2) and TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) possess monodispersity with particle size of 8 and 12 nm,respectively.The photos reveal that both TiO_(2) and TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) have a good dispersity in cyclohexane and ethanol,respectively.XRD analysis indicates that the crystallized phase of TiO_(2) core and SiO_(2) shell are anatase and amorphous,respectively.UV-Vis reveals that,TiO_(2)@SiO_(2) possess both UV shielding and Vis light transparent properties.Remaining lignin content of DW is as low as 0.8%.SEM/EDS and photos demonstr
