巴什拜羔羊屠宰性能的相关性分析

摘　　要：研究旨在分析巴什拜羔羊的屠宰性能。试验选取20只健康的4.5月龄羔羊(雌、雄各半)进行屠宰性能测定,运用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据分析。结果显示:巴什拜公羔的宰前重、胴体重、净肉重均显著高于巴什拜母羔(P<0.05)。巴什拜公羔的屠宰性能间的相关性有8项呈极显著正相关、5项呈显著正相关、3项呈负相关不显著,1项显著性为显著负相关;巴什拜母羔的屠宰性能间的相关性有5项呈极显著正相关、2项呈显著正相关、1项呈负相关不显著,1项显著性为显著负相关。巴什拜公羔的宰前重与胴体重、净肉重的回归方程公式分别为y胴=0.629x-2.109、y净=0.586x-4.298;巴什拜母羔的宰前重与胴体重、净肉重的回归方程公式分别为y胴=0.592x1.037、y净=0.538x-2.931。研究表明,巴什拜羔羊具有较好的产肉性能,各屠宰性能之间存在一定的相关性;研究结果可作为巴什拜羔羊屠宰性能的参考。The purpose of the study was to analyze the slaughter performance of Bashiby lambs.In the experiment,twenty healthy 4.5-month-old lambs(half female and half male)were selected for slaughter performance measurement,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for data analysis.The pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of Bashiby male lambs were significantly higher than those of Bashiby ewe lambs(P<0.05).The correlations between slaughter performance of Bashiby male lambs were eight highly significant positive correlations,five significant positive correlations,three negative non-significant correlations and one significant negative correlation.The correlations between slaughter performance of Bashiby ewe lambs were five highly significant positive correlations,two significant positive correlations and one negative non-significant correlation.The regression equations of pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of Bashiby male lambs were y_(carcass)=0.629x-2.109 and y_(net)=0.586x-4.298,respectively,while the regression equations of pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of Bashiby ewe lambs were ycarcass=0.592x-1.037 and ynet=0.538x-2.931,respectively.The study indicates Bashiby lamb has good meat production performance,and there is a certain correlation between the slaughter performance,the research results can be used as a reference for the slaughter performance of Bashiby lamb.
