摘  要:异戊二烯单体在一定条件下容易自聚形成自聚物,异戊橡胶装置单体精制系统中会存在少量氧、过氧化物、铁锈,这些物质是导致自聚物形成的主要原因。同时单体自聚还与异戊二烯纯度、温度、压力、阻聚剂加入量以及设备存在死角等因素有关。该自聚物一经形成,就会以此为中心,发生链增长,自身支化蔓延,不易终止,迅速堵塞设备,管线,甚至破坏设备。Isoprene monomer is easy to self polymerize to form self polymer under certain conditions.There will be a small amount of oxygen,peroxide and rust in the monomer refining system of isoprene rubber unit.These substances are the main reasons for the formation of self polymer.At the same time,the monomer self polymerization is also related to the purity of isoprene,temperature,pressure,the amount of polymerization inhibitor and the dead angle of the equipment.Once the self polymer is formed,it will take this as the center,produce chain growth,self branching and spreading,which is not easy to terminate,quickly block equipment,pipelines and even destroy equipment.
