摘  要:某燃气公司2台在役液化石油气储罐在第二次定期检验中,发现内表面存在大量裂纹。通过对储罐应力腐蚀机理、使用材质、介质环境、应力水平等方面的探讨,对2台储罐应力腐蚀开裂的成因进行综合分析,解释了应力腐蚀裂纹萌生并由内向外扩展的原因,并针对开裂提出了一些预防措施。Lots of internal surface cracks were detected during the second periodic inspection of two in-service LPG storage tanks from a gas company.The root cause of the stress corrosion cracking of the two LPG storage tanks were investigated thoroughly by analyzing the mechanism of the stress corrosion cracking,materials,environment,and stress level.The reasons of the propagation of the stress corrosion initiated cracks from inside to outside were explained in detail,and some prevention measures were put forward.
