摘 要:根据计算流体力学的原理和方法,以流场数值模拟为基础,研究海洋石油平台修井机井控管线弯头的固液两相流在低浓度下的流场分布。结果表明:90°弯头和120°弯头最大磨损率都发生在弯头的外拐角处,最容易发生刺漏,在相同条件下,90°弯头抗磨损能力最低,带缓冲结构的弯头抗磨损强度最高,弯径比数值越大,冲蚀磨损率越小。海洋石油平台修井机井控管线使用90°弯头时应进行内加厚或外加厚,或直接使用带缓冲靶结构的弯头。According to principles and methods of Computational fluid dynamics,the flow field distribution of solid-liquid two-phase fl ow at low concentration at the elbow of well control pipeline of offshore workover rig is studied based on numerical simulation of fl ow fi eld.The results show that the maximum wear rate of both 90°elbow and 120°elbow occurs at the outer corner,and the leakage is most likely to occur,under the same conditions,the wear resistance of 90°elbow is the lowest,and the wear resistance of the elbow with buffer structure is the highest,when the bending diameter ratio is larger,the erosion wear rate is smaller.When 90°elbow is used in well control pipeline of offshore workover rig,it should be thickened internally or externally,or elbow with buffer structures should be used directly.
