摘  要:普光气田因其埋藏深、产量高、硫化氢含量高等特点,采用了一次投产作业完井,永久式生产管柱。气田投产后,部分气井在生产过程中的产气量、井口油温出现了异常下降。通过对井径测量、井下堵塞物取样,分析了堵塞井段、堵塞物成分及来源,基本确定了井筒堵塞点及原因。根据储层情况、完井管柱及生产数据,建立井筒模型分析判断堵塞情况,并结合高含硫、高温以及完井管柱结构的井况特征,研究采用连续油管解堵工艺,首先通过喷头打通道随后采用高含硫水力旋转喷枪定向冲洗油管内壁,实现彻底清理井筒硫沉积堵塞。该技术成功解决了普光气田高含硫气井硫沉积堵塞防治效率低、有效期短、防腐及井控安全等难题,现场已实施8井次均成功达到解堵目标。Puguang gas wells which have characteristics of large depth,high-sulfur and high-yield,use permanent completion string for production.After the gas fi eld was put into operation,the gas production and wellhead oil temperature of some gas wells decreased abnormally during production.Through well diameter measurement and downhole plug sampling,the plugged well section,plug composition and source are analyzed,and the wellbore plugging point and cause are basically determined.According to the reservoir condition,completion string and production data,a wellbore model is established to analyze and judge the blockage.Combined with the well condition characteristics of high sulfur,high temperature and completion string structure,the coiled tubing plugging removal process is studied.Firstly,the channel is opened through the nozzle,and then the high sulfur hydraulic rotary spray gun developed by our institute is used to directionally wash the inner wall of the tubing,Achieve thorough cleaning of wellbore sulfur deposition blockage.The technology has successfully solved the problems of low prevention effi ciency,short validity period,anti-corrosion and well control safety of sulfur deposition blockage in high sulfur gas wells in Puguang gas fi eld.The plugging removal target has been successfully achieved for 8 wells on site.
