摘  要:在炼化企业经常用湿法脱硫和甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)及醇胺法脱硫,最新处理废胺液方法仅适合近几年的一体化新装置,其共同特点都是吸收、闪蒸、换热和再生汽提达到脱硫效果为目的,但10年前甚至更老的装置伴随长期运行,设备的老化,添加剂消化吸收的效果越来越低,同时装置在检修时,也会出现大量脱硫废剂,为了使废剂有效处理或二次利用降低企业成本,对脱硫废剂进行了试验分析并采取了有效的处理措施,为企业解决了实际问题。In refining and chemical enterprises,wet desulfurization,MDEA and alcohol amine desulfurization are often used.The latest method for treating waste amine liquid is only suitable for integrated new units in recent years.Their common characteristics are absorption,flashing,heat exchange and regenerative stripping to achieve desulfurization effect.However,with long-term operation and aging of equipment ten years ago,even older units,The effect of additive digestion and absorption is getting lower and lower.At the same time,a large number of desulfurization waste agents will appear during the maintenance of the unit.In order to effectively treat or reuse the waste agents and reduce the enterprise cost,the desulfurization waste agents are tested and analyzed,and effective treatment measures are taken.
