摘 要:后效负压射孔技术是在常规负压射孔的基础上增加后效体二次爆燃的一种工艺,该技术可以显著降低地层表皮系数,增加孔道深度和孔道半径,从而增加油气产能。本文介绍了后效体射孔技术的作用原理及技术优势,同时分析了南海东部某油田一口定向井实施该技术的工艺方案。结果表明:后效射孔技术与负压射孔技术的结合将进一步提升孔道的深度和宽度,增加卸油面积;本次定向井负压射孔的最佳负压值是3.87~5.40MPa,运用后效体技术后在相同生产条件下预计产液量达到889m^(3)/d,比常规射孔增加34%。该技术在陆丰油田作业区的推广应用将有效提升剩余油动用程度,增加原油产量,提升经济效益。After-effect negative pressure perforation technology is on the basis of conventional negative pressure perforation,which simultaneously increases the process of secondary deflagration.The technology can significantly reduce skin factor of the formation,increase the hole depth and radius,and ultimately increase the capacity of oil and gas.The paper introduces the function principle and technical advantage of the after-effect perforating technology,and analyzes its application result in a directional well in Nanhai Oilfield.The results show that optimal negative pressure value of the negative pressure perforation of the directional well was 3.87~5.40MPa,and the production of liquid volume is 889m^(3)/d in the same production condition after using the after-effect technology,which was 34%higher than the conventional perforation.The application of this technology in Nanhai Oilfield will effectively increase the utilization degree of remaining oil,increase the output of crude oil,and improve economic efficiency.
